Reimagining the lodge. Still flying to the glaciers.
Lodging is currently paused while we reimagine the Alaska Glacier Lodge experience. While we are not offering cabins or lodging options, we still have the fantastic helicopter and glacier tours that depart daily.
We offer tours year round.
Specialty tours like Glacier Dogsledding and water tours like the Glacier Paddleboarding and Glacier Swim & Hike are only offered seasonally from May to September. Our flightseeing and landing tours offer year round with the guided Glacier Exploration added in the winter.

Alaska Glacier Lodge offers something few places can: direct access to Alaska’s most spectacular glaciers without long flights or wasted time. Our close proximity means shorter flight times, smoother logistics, and more time actually experiencing the ice—whether landing on a glacier, dogsledding, or sightseeing by helicopter. The result is exceptional value and a more immersive adventure.
We are happy to arrange transportation to and from the lodge for your tours. You can book transfers to and from Anchorage when booking most tours. For out longer tours, like the Glacier Swim & Hike or the Glacier Paddleboarding, reach out to us for options. Transfers are $89 round trip for tours 2 hours and less, and $178 for longer tours when available.
The Alaska Glacier Lodge is open May 15 through September 15 for all services to include the coffee shop upstairs. We offer glacier tours via helicopter year round as well as a selection of goods in our Gift Shop. Snacks and beverages upstairs are only available May 15 to Sept 15.
We do not allow pets on our helicopter tours or inside the lodge. Pets can accompany you on our deck if you are enjoying a coffee, cocktail, or snack, but must be leashed at all times.
Parking is free for guests at Alaska Glacier Lodge. Parking is only permitted in designated areas. There is no parking allowed next to the cabins. Due to size restrictions, we cannot accommodate Recreational Vehicles or Trailers in our lot.
There is free WiFi available on site. Due to our remote location, we have limited access to high-speed internet.
